Inside the app, open Profile → Account → Change Password, request an OTP, and create a new password. Or choose Forgot password from email sign-in and use the same Google email.

How do I lock a profile with a PIN?

Open Manage Profiles, choose the profile, then Profile Lock. Confirm the account password, enter a four-digit PIN, and save.

What if I forget the profile PIN?

Choose Forgot PIN on the PIN screen. After the account password is confirmed, the app removes the lock and you can create a new one.

Does each profile have its own lists and history?

Yes. Each profile keeps its own list, watch history, recommendations, language, subtitle, streaming, and download preferences.

How do I pair a TV with my account?

From My Devices, choose Pair a new device, then scan the TV QR or enter its six-character code. Pairing eligibility and device limits may depend on your plan.
