Delete account
Request deletion of your TIME MOVIES account: enter your account's email address, then the code we send to it to confirm the request.
- After you confirm, a 30-day period begins during which you can cancel the request in the app.
- After that we close the account and delete the data we hold: profiles and their settings, viewing history, lists and requests, devices, sessions and notification tokens, support conversations and their attachments, and usage data (including the ad-delivery diagnostics).
- If you have ever made a payment (including buying a voucher), we keep your basic account details (email, name and country), your subscription details and your payment records for 5 years from the deletion date for accounting, legal, dispute and refund purposes, after which they are deleted.
- We may retain limited information as necessary to prevent fraud and abuse of the service and to enforce our terms. Deleted data normally leaves our backups within 35 days; we keep only the most recent valid backup when no newer one exists. Operational logs are deleted within 7 days. Aggregate statistics that cannot identify you are kept. If you sign in with a Google account, that Google account itself is managed by Google.
